"I tried getting help with the warranty..."
I tried getting help with the warranty, but it just felt like I was being sent in circles. The website seemed to say one thing, then support told me something different, so I had no idea what was actually covered. Frustrating experience, and I don’t see myself buying from them again.

"Save your time: checkout was a hassle"
I found what I needed easily, but the checkout process was frustrating. After I entered my card, it kept looping and I had to redo my shipping info twice. The order did eventually go through, but save yourself some time and be prepared for the checkout to take way longer than it should.

"Didn’t feel confident in the help I got"
I called cpapsupplies.com because I had what seemed like a simple question about mask sizing and which parts would work with my machine. Since the person on the phone sounded unsure and kept putting me on hold, I started feeling like they weren’t really confident in the answer.
During the same call, I got different answers, so that made it hard to trust anything they were telling me. It kind of felt like they were just reading from a screen and guessing instead of actually knowing the products.
Because of that, I ended up looking everything up myself and ordering from another site. If you already know exactly what you need, maybe it’s fine, but if you need real guidance, this wasn’t a great experience for me.

"Return process was kind of annoying"
For some reason, the exchange took way longer than I expected. The whole return process just felt more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Refund process feels unfairly slow"
I’ve been waiting way too long for my refund, it doesn’t feel right. When a customer is owed money back, the fair thing to do is handle it quickly and communicate clearly. I’m still waiting, and I’m not very happy about it...

"Am I the only one who thinks the prices are high?"
I was looking at these masks and felt like the prices were a bit much. I ended up finding the same ones cheaper on other sites, so I’m not sure why they cost more here. Maybe it’s just me, but it definitely made me hesitate to buy

"Seems legit, right?"
I ordered from cpapsupplies.com once and did end up getting exactly what I paid for, so I’m sure they’re legit and not a scam. The only thing that threw me off was the shipping being a little slow, and the tracking updates weren’t super clear, so I was definitely wondering for a few days if everything was okay. Customer service did get back to me, though, which helped. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I’m still not 100% confident yet. Has anyone else ordered from them and had a similar experience?

"Discounts didn’t feel as helpful as advertised"
I saw the promos and figured I’d be getting a decent deal, but by the time I got to checkout, the discount barely made a difference. Maybe there were fine-print conditions I missed, but it didn’t feel very fair compared to how the offer was presented. The final price still ended up higher than I expected, so the whole thing was a bit disappointing.

"I was hoping there’d be a better..."
I was hoping there’d be a better selection of masks and hoses, honestly. I started looking around thinking I’d be able to compare a few things, but a lot of what I needed either wasn’t there or there was basically just one option. It’s not the end of the world, but it was kind of frustrating when I was trying to get everything sorted in one place.

"Wish the updates were more consistent"
I feel like lately there just hasn’t been much communication at all. It’s one of those things where you start thinking nobody ever keeps you in the loop anymore, so it’d be nice to get more regular updates.

"Am I the only one who..."
Am I the only one who signed up for auto-ship thinking it would make CPAP supplies one less thing to worry about, only for it to turn into another chore? My ship dates kept changing, orders would sit in “processing” forever, and I still had to follow up to figure out what was going on.

For something people actually rely on, the subscription just isn’t dependable. Support was polite enough, but I mostly got generic answers and nothing really changed. I ended up running low twice, so I’m canceling and ordering from somewhere else

"Felt cheap and didn’t hold up for me"
I ordered this replacement mask hoping it would be an easy fix for me, and at first it looked decent enough. But once I started using it, the plastic just felt flimsy and kind of cheap. After only a couple of weeks, the seal was already leaking worse than the old mask I was trying to replace, which was frustrating. Shipping was fine, so I can’t complain about that part, but for what I paid, I expected better quality. I don’t see myself buying this one again.

"Wouldn’t Accept My Insurance"
I tried ordering some CPAP supplies through them, and this is where it got annoying: they wouldn’t take my insurance. I spent time going through the process just to find that out, which was frustrating. In the end, I gave up and ordered from somewhere else.

"Customer service isn’t quite what it used to be"
I remember their support being a bit quicker before, so this felt a little disappointing. I had to wait longer than I expected to hear back, and while they did eventually answer my question, it wasn’t exactly fast or especially helpful. Not terrible by any means, just kind of average compared to how it used to be

"Order showed up wrong and missing items"
I ordered a few CPAP supplies from cpapsupplies.com, and when the package got here, it wasn’t right. One of the items was a different size than what I picked, and another item just wasn’t in the box at all... so that was frustrating.
I know mistakes happen, but this is stuff I actually needed for my CPAP, not just some random order. Now I have to contact them, wait for it to be fixed, and honestly... I don’t really feel like ordering from here again.

I tried ordering some CPAP supplies and the whole prescription part just felt way more frustrating than it needed to be. I uploaded what they asked for, but then I kept getting emails saying they still needed it, which was just annoying in that way that makes you not want to deal with it anymore.
Customer service wasn’t really helpful either. They kept saying basically the same thing without explaining what was actually wrong, and I got the feeling nobody had really looked at what I sent. It just felt off and kind of pointless.
After waiting around for a while, I ended up giving up and ordering somewhere else. Maybe it works fine for some people, but for me it was too much hassle for something that should’ve been simple.
